Q 1- Which areas of Saudi Arabia are covered for ice cream delivery?

A 1- Currently, we are covering Dammam, Khobar, and Dhahran. Areas outside and near these three cities can request delivery if the invoice is more then SAR 2000. We will be reaching Riyadh and Jeddah In the near future Inshaallah.

Q 2- Is there a minimum Quantity?

A 2- No.

Q 3- Is there a minimum invoice amount?

Q 3- Yes, SAR 80.

Q 4- I am an individual and not a business, do I qualify for the online discounted price?

A 4- Yes, the published online discounted price is valid for both individuals and business customers.

Q 5- How can I choose the flavor? 

A 5- There are 4 plain and 9 special ice cream flavors to choose from. 

Q 6- How can I choose the size suitable for me?

A 6- It depends on how many scopes you want to serve. We have three diffeent size containers. 1.2 Liter (makes 13 scopes of ice cream, 90 ml / scope), 5 Liter round container (makes 55 scopes of ice cream, 90 ml / scope) and 5 Liter rectangular container (makes 55 scopes of ice cream, 90 ml / scope). Please note, some flavors are available only in 5 Liter containers.

Q 7- Can I select the date and time for delivery?

A 7- Yes, please fill the delivery schedule information before completing the purchase process.

Q 8- Can I request delivery the same day of the purchase?

A 8- Yes, but you have to place your order before 3 pm.

Q 9- Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

A 9- Yes.

Q 10- Do you deliver outside Saudi Arabia?

A 10- No.

Q 11- I have a business and I would like to display and sell Lines Ice cream products in my store, how can I do that?

A 11- It is our pleasure to serve you. Contact customer information and we will arrange for a visit and help you get a good deal for a dsiplay freezer and ice cream supplies.
